Sports and nutrition introduction
Welcome to my new Sports and nutrition web blog. In this first post I’ll try to explain about Sports and nutrition. Sports nutrition is a science commonly in strength sports weight lifting and bodybuilding and others endurance sports like cycling, running and triathlon. This is part of many training regimens and provides the food necessary for physical performance and health. It deals with proteins, vitamins and minerals, supplements. In my next posts I’ll introduce: What types of foods should be consumed and what to eat and drink and when throughout the day?
